Yify is NOT the same as Popcorn Time, and it uses standard web-streaming technology. Edit: I like how I was downvoted for posting factual information. Is whoever did that disagreeing with an easily researchable fact? Popcorn Time used Yify encoded films that streamed via P2P technology. Yify.tv uses those same Yify encoded films, but they are hosted in the cloud on Google's servers. In fact, there was a whole about this a few days ago.
